Every year, I design a postcard to have printed, to sent out to Patreon patrons, friends and family. I try to pull my inspiration from whatever my biggest project was that year.
This year, I was focused on getting rid of half of what I owned, so I can sell my house, and move a couple hours north. I’ve lived in this little red brick house for over 20 years, and put a lot of sweat equity into it. It was Where Ugly Wallpaper Goes to Die when I bought it, with a ton of bad DIY projects by the previous owners. I am leaving behind my own collection of questionable decisions in their stead.
So, my last Christmas in this house deserved a final salute, as the design for this year’s postcard.
